This Onyx is called HoneyComb Sierra. I has a lovely Black/Gold “Band” of crystal. This type of onyx is rare. We have been going to Mexico for over 45 years, what this means is we get first look at the Boulders/Wall of onyx and are involved in the development process for the creation of these lamps. We only purchase the most high quality Onyx available. This is why Vilona means highest quality possible.

Although there are several onyx that look similar to this one in stock, each onyx lamp is slightly different in its color and banding. That is because no two onyx pieces are identical as they are natural materials and each are one of a kind just like a fingerprint.

Due to the natural material of the Onyx, the diameters are typically rounded up or down to the nearest eighth of an inch.
